We will only refund your postage costs up to a maximum of £10.00 if an item is found to be defective and returned to us within the first 14 days after receiving your item.

Any item found to be faulty after the first 14 days and returned to us will not be entitled to a postage refund.

We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

If a postage refund is applicable, we require proof of postage and cost receipt.
